Corina Anghel Bachmann

Corina Anghel BachmannCorina was born in Romania and immigrated to Canada in 1990. She lived in Montreal for five years, after which she studied at the University of Western Ontario and obtained her law degree in 1998.

Corina moved to Simcoe in 2000 and practiced with the local firm of Cobb & Jones until February 2008, when she opened her own law office.

Corina's practice is restricted to personal injury litigation.

Corina is a member of Ontario Trial Lawyers' Association and is the Acting Secretary to the Sole, Small Firm and General Practice section of the Ontario Bar Association. Currently, Corina sits on the Board of Directors for the Erie Shores Brain Injury Association and is a volunteer with the local Victim Services unit.

Corina has presented papers for the Ontario Trial Lawyers' bi-annual conferences, as well as the organization's New Lawyer Division. She is a frequent contributor to our local papers, and has had articles published in The Litigator.

Outside of work, Corina loves to read, travel and spend time with her husband and two wonderful children. She is an avid runner, who has competed in the 10k run of the Niagara Falls International Marathon, and the Around the Bay Race in Hamilton. Corina currently runs with the Runners' Den group in Port Dover and trains for the Vancouver half marathon race and the Mississauga full marathon race.
