Why should you refer personal injury cases to Bachman Personal Injury Law?

  • We practice exclusively in the area of personal injury and as such, have great experience in this area.
  • Unlike some other personal injury law firms, we do not only advertise in Simcoe, but we actually have our office located in Simcoe. We refer all non-personal injury legal work back to Simcoe lawyers!
  • If you refer a client to us, we will pay you 15% of the client's fees once the case is concluded. If you have done work on a file, we will pay disbursements upfront and will honour any fees that the client has agreed to pay you.
  • Since we do only personal injury, there is never a danger that we would 'take the client away' from you.
